Partners with Product Engineering, R&D, and Manufacturing to influence design decisions, improve verification processes, and expand test infrastructure, automation, and data analysis capabilities in a hardware manufacturing environment.

Lead design, implementation, commissioning, and long-term support of industrial automation systems (PLCs, HMIs, robotics). Develop control software using Beckhoff/TwinCAT and IEC 61131-3, create electrical schematics, perform troubleshooting, continuous improvement, safety interlocks, and mentor junior staff while collaborating across mechanical, electrical, and software teams.

Execute high-velocity sourcing for engineering roles across hardware, mechanical, electrical, firmware, controls, manufacturing, and software. Build targeted pipelines, run talent mapping, leverage AI-enabled sourcing tools, craft personalized outreach, qualify initial candidates, track sourcing metrics, and maintain ATS data during a six-month contract.

The Staff Cloud Platform Software Engineer will lead the development of the software ecosystem for monitoring and controlling distributed power generation systems, ensuring high reliability and performance.

Lead end-to-end industrialization from prototype to volume production. Own NPI, manufacturing engineering, test engineering, PLM/ECM, factory analytics, CapEx, and launch governance. Advise senior leadership, create durable technical frameworks, and guide cross-functional decisions to improve reliability, manufacturability, cost, and scalability.

Design and validate moderately complex mechanical parts, assemblies, fixtures, and subsystems for a linear generator platform. Own defined-scope engineering work, run calculations and tests, develop and execute test plans, document results, and collaborate cross-functionally with manufacturing, quality, supply chain, test, and service teams to drive designs through validation and release.
