Recruiting Coordinators who join today will help schedule and coordinate interviews, provide exceptional candidate experience, and help develop strategies that will scale alongside the new challenges we’re facing. Many of our greatest challenges are yet to be solved, and we're looking to hire a Recruiting Coordinator who is excited to tackle them.
About the Role:
We are looking for a talented Recruiting Coordinator on a 6 Month Contract (with possibility of extension or conversion given further business need). This is a hybrid role (3 days per week in office) based in our San Francisco or New York City office to join our team and participate in the hiring process from beginning to end. You’ll be directly working with our hiring partners, recruiters and candidates to create a personal and creative recruiting experience!
You will:
- Schedule, coordinate, and confirm candidate interviews, handling cancellations and reschedules promptly across multiple time zones
- Collaborate and communicate effectively with recruiters, hiring managers, and business leaders to ensure smooth interview processes
- Create a welcoming and high-touch candidate experience for both virtual and in-person interviews
- Support Recruiting Operations on initiatives related to improving coordination workflows, candidate experience and interviewer experience
Ideally you have:
- 1-2 years of relevant experience; scheduling high volume (100+ interview events a week) and tech industry experience are a plus
- Familiarity with Greenhouse, ModernLoop, or similar ATS/scheduling tools
- A highly organized and process-driven approach to work, ensuring SLAs are met and work is completed efficiently and accurately
- A curious and proactive mindset, leveraging AI tools and technology to identify opportunities for process improvement and greater efficiency
This is a Contract role, the salary range for this position is $35-40 per hour. This position is tied to our San Francsicso or New York office and requires coming into the office 3 times a week. Compensation packages at Scale for eligible roles include base salary, equity, and benefits. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position and may be inclusive of several career levels at Scale; it will be determined during the interview process based on work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, qualifications, interview performance, and relevant education or training. Scale employees in eligible roles are also granted equity based compensation, subject to Board of Director approval. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process, and confirm whether the hired role will be eligible for equity grant.
