Recruiting Coordinator Intern

Expectations

• Source, pre-screen, and conduct phone interviews with viable candidates
• Be prepared for daily/weekly meetings with the Recruiting Manager to discuss goals and the candidate pipeline
• Ensure full lifecycle requisition management
• Prepare a weekly sales and marketing headcount report
• Submit weekly interview and offer activity
• Attend weekly sales meetings / marketing huddles
• Weekly Social Media Activity to include likes, shares, posts (minimum of 2 posts per week)
• Pre-hire candidate check-in (minimum once a week) with at least one face-to-face meeting before orientation
• Prioritizing “urgent items” – appropriate turnaround time to all internal/external customers

Requirements

• 1-3 years of sales, marketing, or recruiting experience is preferred
• Demonstrate a positive attitude within a high-energy environment
• General knowledge of smart devices and MSOffice applications
• College degree is preferred, not required
