As a Recruiting Coordinator, you'll play a crucial role in supporting our remote, distributed team, helping to streamline our hiring process for scalability and enabling building Neon's Team.
Timezone requirement: GMT - GMT+4
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule and manage interviews across multiple time zones, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
- Manage and maintain candidate data in ATS platforms like Greenhouse, Ashby or similar tools, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
- Optimize candidate communication for faster, smoother hiring
- Communicate with candidates promptly, providing updates and addressing any questions or concerns.
- Act as a liaison between candidates, recruiters, interviewers and hiring managers to facilitate smooth communication.
- Provide administrative support for recruitment events or initiatives.
We are looking for someone who has
- 3+ years of experience in a recruiting coordinator or similar role, ideally within a technical startup or fast-paced environment.
- Proven experience supporting engineering/technical hiring processes.
- Proficiency in managing ATS platforms such as Greenhouse, Asby or similar systems.
- Comfortable using remote collaboration tools (Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace).
- Previous experience working in a fully remote company and managing recruitment across time zones.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams and levels.
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to adapt to changing priorities.
