The Recruiting Team at Notion exists to help build a generational company that enables people to do their best and most meaningful work. And we believe hiring exceptional talent, at the right time, is the best path forward in order to achieve our company's ambitious goals.

We're looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to partner closely with Recruiters and Hiring managers and craft a delightful candidate experience for our Dublin, Munich, Paris, and London offices.

What You'll Achieve:
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience that elevates our brand, while partnering with recruiters and hiring managers to refine our interview process and inspire candidates.

  • Manage high-volume interview scheduling efficiently and consistently, demonstrating strong attention to detail.

  • Navigate ambiguity effectively, develop your skills, and dedicate 20-30% of your time to supporting sourcing efforts for high-priority (P0) go-to-market roles.

  • Create and implement programs that drive efficiency while maintaining our focus on candidate experience as we grow and evolve.

  • Help compile and maintain basic recruiting metrics and analytics to track hiring progress and provide insights to the recruiting team.

Skills You'll Need to Bring:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience working with a fast-paced, high-growth company.

  • Ability to support GTM teams and quickly learn new roles as needed with support from our current team. Experience scheduling both remote and in-person interviews is a must.

  • Excellent time management, prioritization, and organizational skills—you are highly self-motivated and driven to go above and beyond what is required.

  • Kind, warm, and thoughtful personality, as you'll represent the company to thousands of candidates each year. Ability to stay calm and organized in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Haves:
  • Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and Ashby.

Hybrid Workspace
