At Living Innovations, our jobs have purpose built right in. We don’t do ordinary—each day offers something new, rewarding, and extraordinary. We’re looking for a dedicated Recruiter who truly cares about people to join our team. In this role, you won't just be filling slots on a schedule—you’ll be the person finding the compassionate, reliable caregivers who make a real difference in the lives of folks with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD). Working side-by-side with our Recruitment Manager, you will be the boots on the ground. You’ll spend your time partnering with local managers who need staff, getting out into the local community, and spreading the word face-to-face to find the kind of hardworking professionals our families rely on.

- Attend local job fairs, open houses, and community events to share what Living Innovations is all about and invite good people to apply.
- Pitch in on the daily work, social media posting, looking over applications, and doing those first phone chats with candidates.
- Be a warm, friendly point of contact. Make sure applicants hear back from us quickly and feel supported from their very first call all the way to their first day on the job.
- Stay on top of our hiring system, keep clean records, and send quarterly updates on your hiring numbers to the Recruitment Manager
