We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Recruiter to lead our recruitment efforts, develop a network of freelance recruiters, and drive our mission to identify and place top talent efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment Strategy and Delivery:
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring alignment with company KPIs and performance goals.
- Develop and execute innovative strategies to attract top talent across industries.
- Build and maintain a robust candidate pipeline through proactive sourcing and relationship management.
Freelance Recruiter Network:
- Establish and manage a network of freelance recruiters to support talent acquisition efforts.
- Provide guidance, tools, and support to freelance recruiters to ensure consistent delivery of quality candidates.
Client Relationship Management:
- Liaise with clients to understand their recruitment needs and deliver tailored solutions.
- Act as a trusted advisor, offering market insights and strategic advice on talent acquisition.
Operational Excellence:
- Monitor and report on recruitment metrics to ensure continuous improvement and alignment with company goals.
Requirements
Experience:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in recruitment or HR, with a strong focus on talent acquisition.
- Familiarity with end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment or handling multiple roles simultaneously.
Skills:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships with clients and candidates.
- Highly organized, with excellent time-management and multitasking abilities.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
Language Proficiency:
- Fluency in Arabic and English is required.
