About the Role:
As a Recruiter based in the United States, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the diverse staffing needs of our organization. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates through various channels to coordinating interviews and facilitating offers. Your efforts will directly impact the company’s ability to build a skilled and dynamic workforce that drives business success. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies tailored to each position. Ultimately, your work will ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience while fulfilling the company’s talent acquisition goals efficiently and effectively.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Associate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) for managing recruitment workflows.
- Demonstrated ability in technical recruiting and staffing services.
- Experience with contract recruitment and temporary staffing solutions.
- Strong knowledge of internet recruiting techniques and social media sourcing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage candidates and collaborate with hiring managers.
- Relevant experience may substitute for educational requirement on a year-for- year basis.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience in college recruiting and building relationships with academic institutions.
- Familiarity with organizing and participating in recruiting events and job fairs.
- Certification in recruiting or human resources (e.g., AIRS, SHRM-CP).
- Experience recruiting for a variety of industries or technical disciplines.
- Proficiency with advanced sourcing tools and recruitment marketing strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to track candidate progress and maintain accurate recruitment records.
- Develop and maintain relationships with colleges and universities to support college recruiting initiatives.
- Coordinate and participate in recruiting events and job fairs to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
- Work with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies for technical, contract, temporary, and permanent roles.
- Leverage internet recruiting tools and social media platforms to source and engage potential candidates.
- Provide timely communication and feedback to candidates and hiring teams to ensure a positive recruitment experience.
- Maintain compliance with staffing services regulations and company policies throughout the recruitment process.
