We are looking for a Recruiter to join our growing TA team! This is a great opportunity to support the hiring efforts of our Human Resources organization. This is a remote, full-time position.
What will you do?
- Support the company's hiring efforts
- Using the company’s Applicant Tracking System, filter and respond to candidate applications
- Actively source passive candidates
- Maintain data integrity and that ensure all candidates are appropriately tracked in the ATS
- Foster an excellent candidate experience
- Manage social media and branding efforts
- Partner with hiring managers and leaders - building best practices for hiring together!
- Assist with the new hire and onboarding process as needed
About you:
- 5-10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition in Recruiting preferably at a high-growth startup
- Experience using a recruiting Applicant Tracking System such as Greenhouse
- You are impact oriented with a "get things done" mentality
- You have excellent attention to detail and a flawless customer service skills
- You have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- You are service and people-oriented with strong interpersonal capabilities
