We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter to join our HR team, primarily responsible for bulk hiring and sales hiring.
Handle end-to-end recruitment with a strong focus on bulk hiring and sales positions
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements
Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and headhunting
Conduct initial screening calls and shortlist suitable candidates
Schedule and coordinate interviews with relevant stakeholders
Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure timely closures
Ensure joining documentation is completed and properly shared for newly hired employees
Graduate / BBA / MBA in HR or a relevant field
3–5 years of recruitment experience
Strong exposure to bulk hiring and sales hiring is mandatory
Excellent sourcing and screening skills
Strong communication and coordination abilities
Ability to meet tight hiring deadlines
