ABOUT THE POSITION 

EarnIn’s Talent Acquisition team is looking for a Bengaluru, India-based Technical Sourcing Recruiter to help expand our growing center of excellence in the region. This position will focus on hiring technical talent for our Bengaluru office and will partner closely with our local engineering teams. The role will involve sourcing talent while building defined hiring strategies and robust pipelines. It will be essential to operate efficiently within our TA systems, follow all processes/policies and compliance regulations, and serve as a source of knowledge for the team on the hiring market. A deep understanding of the technical talent market in India is critical, as is strong sourcing for senior-level technical talent. 

This position will be hybrid from our Bengaluru office, as part of our expanding site, with two days a week in our HSR Layout office. EarnIn provides excellent employee benefits, including healthcare, internet/cell phone reimbursement, a learning and development stipend, and opportunities to collaborate with and travel to our Mountain View HQ. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. 

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Passively source prospective technical talent from a variety of tools with a strong emphasis on both quality and quantity 
  • Manage large applicant and referral pipelines for multiple roles, ensuring candidates move through the process quickly 
  • Build repeatable and strong candidate pipelines of technical talent for 8+ positions concurrently 
  • Partner closely with technical and talent acquisition leadership to provide updates and strategy around hiring progress, goals, and key metrics 
  • Partner in organizing hiring and networking events for talent as needed
  • Provide an exceptional candidate experience for external talent and a high level of customer service for internal stakeholders 

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • 3+ years of technical recruiting experience with a proven track record in sourcing and engaging passive Engineering candidates in Bengaluru 
  • 2+ years of experience developing strategic sourcing and recruiting strategies
  • Fluency in ATS systems (ideally Greenhouse) and 3P tools (IE, LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, etc.)
  • A data-driven mindset and the ability to leverage recruiting systems effectively while being creative with the approach to finding talent 
  • Knowledge of the talent market in India and how to build strong hiring pipelines locally 
  • Experience building relationships with global team members 
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills in English 
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Experience hiring for US-based companies in India is a plus 
  • Experience hiring for competitive technical focus areas such as Engineering, Data Analytics or higher level Engineering positions is a plus
