Job Summary

Terrific opportunity to join a growing company. The Company is looking for an initiative-taker, money-motivated person to help drive agent leads to our sales floor. Join an award-winning insurance FMO. We serve insurance agents all over the country. Our goal is to have an agent partner with us to enable us to support their sales of Medicare, life, and Annuity products. The company has been in business for over 40 years as a three-generation family run company in Noblesville, Indiana.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Work as part of our sales team to drive recruitment of insurance agents
  • Call agents to generate interest in working with FMOs
  • Shares the selling points of our organization
  • Connects prospective agent to a marketer for future service
  • Uses popular telemarketing tools
  • Attends company provided training
  • Meets or exceeds monthly call contacts

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Communicates effectively on the phone.
  • Uses phone etiquette best practices
  • Learns about new products or services quickly.
  • Works well independently as well as with a team and is good at time management.
  • Skilled in Excel and Microsoft Outlook.
  • Ability to consistently multi-task, prioritize and be pro-active on phone calls with agents.

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • If you are an excellent communicator with creative thinking skills who loves building relationships. Enjoys working in fast paced environment with enthusiastic, driven people, this is a wonderful opportunity for you.

Work Hours and Benefits:

  • Full time – 40 hours a week
  • No weekends Monday- Friday 8:30Am-5:00PM
  • Health, Dental, Vision Insurance
