About the Role:
Lyra is looking for an experienced Recruiter who will provide full-cycle recruiting services to the organization, drive hiring strategy, and partner with hiring managers to hire for key open roles across Lyra. We are seeking a self-starter with a passion for developing innovative solutions, demonstrated experience sourcing and closing candidates, and enthusiasm for creating a memorable candidate experience that aligns with our mission and culture.

This role can be carried out from our Burlingame, CA headquarters, hybrid, or fully remote/virtually. Remote candidates must be physically located within the United States.


Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for many teams across Lyra, including technology, product, design, go-to-market, finance, legal, and clinical.
  • Create innovative sourcing and engagement strategies for several, complex searches to surface the best talent.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to prioritize hiring needs, develop comprehensive hiring plans, and build effective interview processes to bring ideal candidates to our teams
  • Drive creative, diverse, and scalable talent acquisition initiatives
  • Analyze metrics and report on hiring progress to stakeholders
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver a high-quality, positive candidate experience

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
  • 5+ years full-cycle recruiting experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments
  • Experience working strategically and collaboratively with leaders of all levels across the company
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • A collaborative attitude to working in a cross-functional and fluid environment
  • Self-starter, takes initiative in all activities, and actively seeks opportunities to learn and grow
  • Strong analytical skills in reporting, metrics tracking, and making data-driven decisions 
  • Foster high-performing and diverse teams through strategic recruitment and candidate advocacy.
  • A mission-driven mindset to help Lyra in transforming access to life-changing mental health care

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in both startup environments and larger public companies
  • 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with a focus on technology hiring, including engineering, product management, and/or product design
