As our Recruiter, you will partner with R1 hiring managers to strategically identify and build pipelines of talent for our exempt and non-exempt roles. With a keen eye for innovation you will be accountable for delivering the very best talent in a quick fashion and meeting SLA’s and KPI’s as assigned. As a key partner to your business leaders, you will play an integral role in R1’s growth and success. You will demonstrate strong initiative, a keen sense of urgency, resourcefulness, confidentiality and sound independent judgment. You will participate in TA projects as called upon and be a champion for the Talent Acquisition brand every day.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with assigned business leaders to understand talent requirements, forecasted talent needs, timelines, etc.
- Create proactive and consultative recruitment processes sourcing strategies and deliver on hiring needs in a quick manner
- Adhere to recruiting process: kick off calls, weekly 1:1’s, notes in ATS and daily sourcing
- Manage weekly reporting to hiring leaders and your TA leader in a proactive, concise manner
- Build passive talent pipelines of pre-screened candidates who are interested in existing opportunities and/or future openings
- A track record of proven success in the recruiting field with sourcing passive candidates
- Ensure candidate communications are followed up on in a timely manner
- Utilize all available tools to source passive talent including boolean searching, resmue mining, and utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter or Indeed
- Consistently hit recruiter metrics quarter over quarter
Required Qualifications:
- Roles at this level typically require a Bachelor’s degree. In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education and experience (including military service) may be considered
- At least 3+ years of recruiting experience within an agency and/or corporate environment
- Strong initiative, a keen sense of urgency, resourcefulness, confidentiality and sound judgment
- Persuasive communication skills and the ability to influence leaders to make decisions
- Ability to prioritize, coordinate and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment and deliver projects to completion with quick turnarounds at times
- Results oriented, strong collaboration, influencing, problem solving and negotiation skills
- Ability to analyze data and identify trends
For this US-based position, the base pay range is $47,236.00 - $74,776.00 per year . Individual pay is determined by role, level, location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
