About the Role

We are looking for a Recruiter to join the Riskified talent team. You will manage the full recruitment life-cycle across a variety of business areas and will partner strategically with hiring leaders. You’re someone who is a problem solver and used to doing what is needed to ensure hiring goals are achieved.

You’ll work on initiatives to enhance our processes, employer brand, and candidate experience. This is an exciting opportunity to learn and grow your recruiting career! 

What You'll Be Doing

  • Manage the full recruitment life-cycle across from sourcing the candidate to presenting the offer
  • Own roles across all departments, with a focus on Marketing, Sales, Analytics, Integrations, Admin, Finance - mostly in US, Brazil, Tel Aviv
  • Build strong relationships with candidates and work to continually improve our candidate experience
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to optimize processes
  • Proactively focus on sourcing to ensure a consistent top-of-the-funnel pipeline of qualified candidates
  • Act as a brand ambassador, promoting Riskified’s culture and value proposition
  • Develop your knowledge base on Riskified’s business, culture and market, and stay up to date on the recruiting industry’s best practices and latest trends
  • Ensure the data integrity of our ATS
  • Negotiate offers with the ability to close candidates
  • Collaborate with the recruiting team, HR and other partners on process improvements, events, DEI, employer branding and various other HR initiatives

Qualifications

  • 3-5+ years of recruiting experience, preferably at a start up tech company
  • Experience working on global roles is a plus
  • Detail-oriented and a problem solver: whether you’re working on a tough to fill role, negotiating comp, keeping up on your candidate responses, or updating the ATS (Greenhouse is a plus!)
  • Experience building out entire interview processes
  • Demonstrated success with direct sourcing and doing what it takes to find the right candidate
  • Independently driven, with a positive attitude and a sense of pride and ownership in your work
  • A team player and collaborator; someone willing to lend a helping hand and not afraid to ask for help when needed
  • A natural ability to build trust and rapport with candidates and hiring managers from every background

Qualifications

The base salary range for this position is $95,000-$110,000. This range is applicable to candidates who will perform the job either wholly, or in part, within New York City. Actual salary will be based on qualifications, competencies, and location. If you feel this range is not attractive, we encourage you to let us know through the application process. 

Base salary is just one part of the pay package at Riskified. All full-time regular employees receive a bonus target and are eligible to receive stock-based awards.
