Job Responsibilities:

We are looking for a Recruiter who will be responsible for hiring agency workers and coordinating recruitment activities with external staffing agencies. In addition, you will have the opportunity to support a wide range of HR processes and gain exposure to various areas of Human Resources.


What will you be responsible for?
  • Managing the end-to-end recruitment process for agency workforce positions, including Production Operators, Warehouse Operators, Quality Technicians, and other manufacturing roles.
  • Coordinating and maintaining relationships with staffing agencies responsible for temporary workforce hiring.
  • Ensuring timely fulfillment of recruitment needs in line with hiring plans.
  • Screening candidates, conducting interviews, and supporting hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
  • Coordinating the onboarding process for new employees, including organizing start dates, induction training, orientation activities, and providing support during their first days with the company.
  • Managing job advertisements and working with recruitment portals.
  • Handling recruitment administration, reporting, and related documentation.
  • Supporting recruitment activities for permanent positions when required.
  • Assisting with workforce planning and other HR-related activities.
  • Participating in the creation and maintenance of HR policies, procedures, and documentation.
  • Preparing reports, audit materials, and budget-related HR data.
  • Supporting employee relations activities and contributing to a positive workplace culture.

What are we looking for?
  • University degree (Bachelor's or Master's level).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Recruitment or Human Resources.
  • Experience with staffing agencies or high-volume recruitment is an advantage.
  • Good understanding of HR processes and labor relations.
  • English language proficiency at minimum B2 level.
  • Advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Proactive, customer-oriented, and results-driven mindset.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and genuine interest in working with people.
It will be an advantage if you have:
  • Experience with Workday.
  • Experience in a manufacturing or automotive environment.
  • Experience with agency workforce recruitment or mass hiring projects.

Salary

Starting from €1,800 gross per month. The final compensation package will reflect the successful candidate's experience, competencies, and overall fit for the role.
