Compensation: Starting at $31.25 per hour ($65,000 annualized) plus 10% annual incentive opportunity. Actual starting pay will be based on experience, skills, and overall qualifications. This is a non-exempt position and pay is subject to overtime based on hours worked.

About the Role

The Recruiter is responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process for a variety of positions across the organization. This role partners with hiring managers to identify talent needs, develop sourcing strategies, attract qualified candidates, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process. The Recruiter serves as a trusted advisor to hiring teams, ensuring recruiting activities align with business objectives, employment regulations, and company values.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, relationship-driven, and capable of managing multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for identifying and engaging top talent.

What You'll Do

  • Manage the full-cycle recruiting process from requisition approval through offer acceptance and onboarding.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, define job requirements, and develop effective recruiting strategies.
  • Source, screen, and evaluate candidates through job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and direct outreach.
  • Coordinate and support the interview process, including scheduling, interview preparation, feedback collection, and hiring recommendations.
  • Maintain consistent communication with candidates and hiring teams throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
  • Present offers and assist with offer negotiations as needed.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
  • Utilize recruiting tools, networking, and sourcing techniques to identify and engage active and passive candidates.
  • Represent the company at career fairs, hiring events, and other talent attraction initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate candidate and requisition records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Ensure recruiting activities comply with company policies and applicable employment laws.
  • Support onboarding activities and contribute to continuous improvement of recruiting processes.
  • Promote a positive candidate experience and serve as an ambassador for the company's culture, values, and employer brand.
Qualifications

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, Psychology, or a related field preferred; relevant recruiting, talent acquisition, staffing, or human resources experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • 1+ year of recruiting, talent acquisition, staffing, human resources, or related experience.
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to source, screen, and assess candidates for a variety of roles.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.
  • Self-motivated with strong time management and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience recruiting for manufacturing, engineering, skilled trades, or industrial roles.
  • Familiarity with Paycom or other ATS platforms.
  • Experience sourcing candidates through LinkedIn and other recruiting tools.
  • Participation in career fairs, hiring events, or employer branding initiatives.
  • HR or recruiting certifications are a plus.
