This is a superb opportunity to play a major role in the EMEA Talent Acquisition team and develop strategies to hire extraordinarily talented individuals. This includes providing Hiring Managers and candidates with high-touch and compelling experiences during the recruitment and hiring process.

The team operates with a consultative mindset, supporting hiring across dynamic and fast-evolving areas, while balancing quality, speed, and candidate experience. With a strong focus on data and process excellence, the team continuously evolves its approach to deliver impactful hiring outcomes.

We are currently looking for a Talent Advisor to help build and implement our hiring strategy for the Sales in UKI at Cisco.

YOUR IMPACT

In this role, you will partner with hiring leaders across the Sales UKI organization to understand business priorities and develop targeted talent acquisition strategies aligned to team goals. You will manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle—from role scoping and sourcing through to candidate management, interview coordination, and offer delivery—ensuring a smooth and effective hiring process.

You will leverage recruitment data and market insights to inform your approach, optimize hiring outcomes, and continuously improve delivery. Working closely with cross-functional stakeholders, including Compensation and People Partners, you will help drive aligned and informed hiring decisions.

This role also offers the opportunity to build creative sourcing strategies to attract high-quality talent in competitive markets, while embedding inclusive hiring practices and delivering a strong experience for both candidates and hiring teams.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of related recruitment or talent acquisition experience, OR Master’s degree and 3+ years of related experience, OR Doctorate with no prior experience, OR equivalent related work experience
  • Experience managing full-cycle recruitment processes from role scoping through to offer and onboarding
  • Experience recruiting for mid-level to experienced hires across complex or specialized business functions
  • Experience using recruitment metrics (for example, time to hire, pass-through rates, and quality of candidate pipeline) to inform hiring strategies
  • Experience partnering with cross-functional Human Resources stakeholders such as Compensation or Human Resources Business Partners
  • Business-level proficiency in English

  • Ability to develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to attract specialized talent
  • Experience partnering with and advising hiring managers to support strong hiring decisions
  • Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills across business and Human Resources teams
  • Experience embedding diversity and inclusion practices into recruitment processes
  • Ability to identify process improvement opportunities and implement scalable recruitment best practices
