Essential Responsibilities:
- Proactively engage with the external labor market to identify, attract, and connect with top talent
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans to build robust talent pipelines across both high-volume and professional roles
- Own the full recruitment lifecycle (job posting through offer acceptance) to deliver timely, high-quality hires
- Partner closely with Hiring Managers to define role requirements, develop hiring strategies, and align on sourcing and assessment approaches
- Evaluate candidates based on skills, experience, and long-term alignment with business objectives
- Maintain accurate candidate data and recruiting activity in Workday, ensuring compliance with company policies and federal/state regulations
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced, operations-driven environment
- Demonstrated ability to proactively source and build talent pipelines using a variety of recruiting channels (e.g., LinkedIn, job boards, networking, referrals)
- Strong communication and influencing skills, with the ability to effectively partner with stakeholders across all levels of the organization
- Advanced behavioral interviewing and candidate evaluation skills
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and requisitions in a high-volume recruiting environment
