Responsibilities:
- Source and screen candidates across multiple platforms
- Conduct interviews and coordinate hiring processes
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
- Manage job postings and candidate pipelines
- Ensure a positive candidate experience from start to finish
Requirements:
- Proven experience in recruiting or talent acquisition
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously
- Familiarity with ATS and job boards (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.)
- Self-driven and results-oriented mindset
