We are seeking an enthusiastic, outgoing, and highly motivated Human Resources Recruiter to lead recruiting efforts across our growing organization. This position is much more than filling open positions—it is about building lasting relationships within the communities we serve, strengthening our employer brand, and attracting top talent through creative recruiting and marketing initiatives.

This role requires regular travel between our clinic locations and throughout the community to develop partnerships with schools, universities, professional organizations, and community groups. You'll serve as an ambassador for our company by attending career fairs, networking events, and community outreach opportunities while helping create engaging recruitment marketing campaigns that showcase why our organization is a great place to work.

What You'll Do
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting through onboarding.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.
  • Source, screen, interview, and coordinate candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Create engaging job advertisements and recruitment marketing campaigns across social media, job boards, and other digital platforms.
  • Strengthen our employer brand by promoting career opportunities through creative content and community engagement.
  • Travel regularly to all company locations to build relationships with managers, employees, and local communities.
  • Represent the organization at job fairs, college recruiting events, networking functions, career expos, and community outreach programs.
  • Develop and maintain recruiting partnerships with schools, universities, workforce development organizations, and professional associations.
  • Conduct background checks, reference checks, and credential verification.
  • Prepare employment offers and coordinate a seamless onboarding experience for new hires.
  • Track recruiting activity, maintain applicant tracking systems, and provide recruiting metrics and weekly updates to leadership.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws, hiring regulations, and company policies.
QualificationsKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent organization and follow-up.
• Knowledge of employment laws and HR practices.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS/ATS systems.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Education: Bachelor's degree preferred.
Experience: 2-4 years of full-cycle recruiting; healthcare recruiting preferred.
Technical Skills: Highly engaged with social media platforms, Microsoft Office and HRIS/ATS systems. Paycom experience preferred but not required.
