Skills Required
- 2+ years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, staffing, sales, or another customer-facing role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong relationship-building and networking abilities
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Ability to prioritize multiple openings in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable conducting phone and virtual interviews
- Experience with Google Workspace and Applicant Tracking Systems (Lever or similar)
- Recruiting experience within sales, staffing, real estate, or commission-driven organizations
- Experience sourcing candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other recruiting platforms
- Knowledge of the real estate industry and real estate licensing process
