Overview
 
Bellwether is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Recruiter to join our Recruiting team. This role will play a critical role in supporting our full-cycle recruitment efforts for experienced hires and contribute to the overall success of our talent acquisition platform and strategy. This individual will represent the firm in the Dallas talent market and nationally; build relationships with search firms, peer institutions, industry groups, and alumni networks to maintain a pipeline of talent at various levels.This role will also incorporate campus recruiting and focus on building strong relationships with universities/students to attract top talent for our Internship and Analyst Class Campus Recruiting Program.

Key Responsibilities

    Recruitment & Sourcing:

  • Handle full-cycle recruitment process for experienced hire positions including but not limited to Associate through Managing Director across all departments.
  • Partner with Hiring Mangers to discuss strategy and needs.
  • Post positions in our Applicant Tracking System.
  • Source qualified candidates, interview appropriate profiles, and present candidates to Hiring Managers/business leaders.
  • Utilize various sourcing methods, including online job boards primarily LinkedIn, and university career platforms such as Handshake and Symplicity to identify qualified candidates.
  • Manage candidate communication and movement through the interview process to ensure a positive candidate experience.
  • Handle offer stage components including offer approval, presenting offer, and compensation negotiation
  • Compile and analyze recruiting data to track effectiveness of recruiting strategies alongside HR and Senior Leadership.
  • Market Presence & Talent Network Development:

  • Create and foster relationships with peers, target firms, search firms, industry associations, and alumni networks in Dallas and nationally.
  • Proactive relationship building and network development to increase Dallas/Texas talent pool and pipelined candidates.
  • University Relationship Management:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with career services departments, faculty, and student organizations at target universities.
  • Schedule and coordinate on-campus recruiting events, including information sessions and interview days ensuring seamless logistics and a positive company representation.
  • Play a key role in hiring our Analyst Class by planning, coordinating and handling logistics for hiring events such as “Superdays” in Los Angeles and Dallas offices.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for university representatives and student candidates.
  • Project management, planning, and organization for Campus Recruiting across multiple locations, teams, and schools.

Professional Experience

  • A minimum of 3-5 years’ relevant experience in full-cycle recruiting
  • Corporate recruiting experience and/or campus recruiting/university relations experience
  • Established talent network in the Dallas/Texas market strongly preferred

Education/Certification

  • Bachelor’s degree required
