What You’ll Do:
- Proactively source, identify, and engage qualified candidates through multiple channels, including local school partnerships, job boards, referrals, and community outreach.
- Partner with Human Resources and hiring managers to maintain applicant flow, provide timely candidate feedback, and support an efficient hiring process.
- Accurately document and track candidate activity and progression within the applicant tracking system (ATS/UKG).
- Manage full-cycle recruitment activities from sourcing and screening through offer acceptance, start date coordination, and new hire onboarding.
- Build, maintain, and nurture a strong pipeline of candidates for hourly production and plant-based roles.
- Communicate regularly with hiring managers regarding active requisitions, candidate status, staffing priorities, and local labor market trends.
What You’ll Need:
- Minimum of 3 years recruitment experience
- Experience recruiting in a high-volume environment; previous experience in manufacturing is a must
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Excellent communication skills required (written and verbal)
- Excellent interpersonal skills required; ability to work well with individuals of all levels
- Excellent project management and organizational skills required
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) required
- Demonstrated ability to use discretion and good judgement, as well as maintain a high level of confidentiality
- Ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously with limited supervision and strong attention to detail
- Knowledge of AAP/EEO regulations relating to personnel selection
- Ability to maintain accurate records
