Are you excited to help us build a world-class GTM org? NexHealth is looking for a highly driven volume, full cycle recruiter to improve and run our GTM volume and university recruiting program.
What You’ll Do:
- Volume recruiting for sales, customer support specialists, and other volume roles
- Innovate on how we attract top-talent for our teams, including building community relationships and networks
- Build and operate the operating mechanisms for volume recruiting
- Build a thriving and forecastable pipeline for high-volume roles of high-quality candidates who are aligned with NexHealth’s values and mission
- Communicate our vision and values throughout the interview process
- Proactively manage the entire lifecycle of the candidate from source to close while providing an exceptional white-glove experience for each candidate and hiring manager
What You’ll Bring:
- Confident, coachable, and enthusiastic team player who thrives in a fast-moving environment while collaborating with multiple stakeholders across various projects
- Experience partnering with hiring managers to hone their recruiting process & close candidates
- Experience building recruiting and interview programs that attract and close top candidates
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with proven ability to take initiative and build strong, productive relationships
- Self-directed, versatile, and adaptable to a changing environment while navigating ambiguous situations
- Strong calendar management skills, organizational skills, and attention to detail
