CONTEXT: PRC Resources is looking for a Recruiter / Talent Consultant who wants to learn the business of recruiting, build strong relationships, and become a trusted resource to both clients and candidates.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Source and recruit candidates across the United States using LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals, networking, and other recruiting tools.
- Interview candidates to understand their experience, career goals, compensation, and overall fit.
- Learn the industries and positions you recruit for so you can effectively evaluate and engage candidates.
- Present qualified candidates to hiring managers and executives.
- Coordinate interviews and maintain consistent communication throughout the hiring process.
- Build long-term relationships with candidates and clients.
- Manage multiple searches and priorities while maintaining accurate information in our recruiting systems.

- Willingness to pick up the phone, initiate conversations, and build relationships

Recruiting experience is not required. Candidates with backgrounds in sales, account management, customer service, hospitality, HR, operations, or other relationship-driven roles may be a great fit.
