PLANET S.A. is looking for enthusiastic, highly skilled professional to join its International Business Development Team. The ideal candidate should have previous experience with Donor funded business acquisition activities, be self-motivated, should have a positive thinking and a ‘can do’ personality with the ability to handle multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.

Scope: Contribute in the business acquisition efforts of international donor-funded projects in the geographic regions of interest for PLANET S.A. through experts’ recruitment. The candidate will be used to working in complex, simultaneous tasks within tight deadlines, skilled at building relations with stakeholders across and outside the company.

Primary Responsibilities include:

  • Recruitment related tasks as per the requirements of each proposal, utilizing platforms such as PLANET’s internal expert database, LinkedIn, specialized recruitment databases.
  • Assessment of identified candidates’ suitability to select compliant and highly qualified experts.
  • Collect necessary employment certificates and diplomas from candidates, verifying these documents against CV information for client submissions.
  • Customize and format CVs to meet award-winning standards.

Requirements
  • University degree; postgraduate studies would be an asset
  • Excellent communication skills (written and spoken) in English; Fluency in French is an asset
  • Knowledge of professional search engines such as LinkedIn
  • At least 2 years of experience in recruitment and CVs preparation. Previous experience in recruitment process for tenders funded by one or more of the following international donors: European Union, EIB, EBRD, World Bank, is a strong asset
  • Experience coordinating candidates’/experts’ documentation and compliance checks
  • Multitask personality, rigorous, with high attention to detail and strong work ethics
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple parallel assignments
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for collaborating with teams and partners
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office Suite and formatting techniques
