Summary of Position:
We are searching for a resilient, self-motivated corporate recruiter to join our company. You will be responsible for managing the complete recruitment cycle for crucial roles across different departments within the company. You will source, recruit, and onboard top talent that will support the continued growth of RSC.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Source, recruit, screen, and interview candidates to fill organizational roles in the US
Review and assess applicant education, experience, training, and other qualifications
Schedule interviews and coordinate interviewers or panels and provide feedback to hiring manager
Inform candidates of job duties, responsibilities, work schedules, compensation and benefits packages
Prepare and extend job offers. Notify applicants of rejection.
Conduct pre-employment screenings and maintain new hire files
Assist hiring managers with recruitment strategies and HRIS training
Build relationships with hiring managers, understand department function, hiring needs, and ideal candidates
Participate in orientation and conduct onboarding processes
Leverage candidate-facing communications, social media, and recruitment events to convey the corporate culture and teammate experience
Maintain and support employer branding efforts to drive candidate attraction and engagement
Support the Radio Systems Corporation Internship Program to create a pipeline for future candidates
Identify and recruit passive candidates through multiple search tools and methods
Maintain metrics to assist with strategic hiring methods and HR Operating Plan
Special projects as requested by manager
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management preferred or a related field
2-4 years of experience in recruiting
Preferably with experience handling roles across IT, Marketing, Sales & Finance
Excellent communication skills, perceptive in communicating on all levels within an organization
Skill in interviewing techniques and basic knowledge federal and state laws regarding employment practices
Ability to make recommendations to effectively resolve problems or issues
Maintain strict confidentiality both internally and externally
Ability to organize and prioritize work
Effective oral and written communication skills
Proficient in Social Media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn
Understanding of recruitment sourcing tools and Boolean search methods
Excellent interpersonal skills
Understand the importance of working within a team structure/dynamic
Experience working in HRIS; Workday is a plus
