Dein Profil
- Erste Erfahrung im Recruiting, HR oder in administrativen Prozessen von Vorteil
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Türkischkenntnisse, gute Englischkenntnisse
- Strukturierte und detailorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Interesse an Recruiting-Prozessen und Talent Acquisition
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office
- Kommunikationsstärke und Teamfähigkeit
- Verantwortungsbewusstsein im Umgang mit sensiblen Daten
- Bereitschaft, zunächst im Home Office und später am Standort Bursa zu arbeiten
Deine Aufgaben
- Unterstützung im gesamten Recruiting-Prozess (Screenings, Interviewkoordination etc.)
- Durchführung von ersten Telefon- und Video-Screenings
- Pflege und Aktualisierung von Kandidatendaten im ATS
- Verantwortung für die vollständige Dokumentationssammlung eingestellter Kandidat:innen
- Sicherstellung, dass alle erforderlichen Unterlagen korrekt und vollständig vorliegen
- Onboarding neuer Mitarbeitender im System
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Recruitern und Hiring Managern
- Unterstützung beim Aufbau von Talentpools
- Sicherstellung einer positiven Candidate Experience
