We're looking for a motivated Recruiter Apprentice (6-Month Program – Sales Hiring) (m/f/d) to join and support the Talent Acquisition team at one of our Ecosystem Companies.

As a Recruiter Apprentice, you'll learn the fundamentals of sourcing, assessing, and hiring top sales talent while working alongside experienced recruiters and gradually taking ownership of the recruitment process.

In this role, you’ll:

Candidate Sourcing

  • Find and engage top sales talent using LinkedIn, referrals, job boards, and other sourcing channels
  • Build talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
  • Learn how to identify what makes a great sales candidate

Interview & Candidate Assessment

  • Conduct initial screening interviews
  • Assess candidates against the skills and behaviours needed for success in sales
  • Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to share candidate insights and interview feedback

Offer Management

  • Support the offer process from approval to acceptance
  • Keep candidates engaged throughout the hiring journey
  • Help deliver an outstanding candidate experience
