Continuously partner with Service Center Managers, Regional Human Resources Managers, and Human Resources leadership to design, refine, and implement innovative recruiting strategies. Analyze various reports and metrics on a regular basis to gain insight as it relates to applicants and applicant traffic. Effectively utilize job postings/ads, networking, job fairs, college visits, and other means to attract potential job applicants. Coordinate recruiting initiatives to develop strategies for enhancing Company diversity. Stay current with job boards, social networks, and platforms to find talent. Partner with Human Resources Specialists and the Marketing Supervisor as needed for advertising campaigns. Serve as a knowledge and training resource for hiring managers. Analyze feedback from new hire onboarding/exit surveys to evaluate and streamline processes as needed.
For this role, we prefer you have previous recruiting experience as well as previous experience utilizing a Human Capital Management (HCM) System and/or Applicant Tracking System (ATS). A High School diploma or GED is required. We prefer you have a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Professional Human Resources (PHR) certification, or related certification, is also preferred.
