Key Responsibilities:
● Respond promptly to incidents and resolve them efficiently.
● Retrieve bikes from police stations and manage necessary documentation.
● Repossess bikes from drivers breaching lease agreements.
● Coordinate with tow truck operators and mechanics for breakdowns.
● Document incidents and actions taken accurately.
● Collect evidence to support incident reports.
● Submit detailed reports to the line manager and the Incidence Response Centre Team.
● Communicate professionally with drivers, authorities, and stakeholders.
● Collaborate with the Incident team for updates and feedback.
● Educate drivers on road safety and bike handling.
● Report recurring issues to the line manager for improvements.
Requirements
Preferred Competencies & Qualifications:
● Proven ability to navigate interactions with police, municipal authorities, and other enforcement agencies professionally and effectively.
● Strong incident response and problem-solving skills under time-sensitive and high-pressure situations.
● Experience in asset recovery, repossession, fleet operations, or field-based roles is an advantage.
● High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism when handling sensitive incidents.
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to de-escalate conflicts.
● Strong documentation and reporting skills, with attention to detail.
● Good understanding of road safety practices and basic motorcycle mechanics.
● Ability to work independently in the field while maintaining close coordination with central teams.
● Familiarity with local road networks and high-risk areas is an added advantage.
