What You'll Do
- Research property records through county recorder websites and title plants
- Record documents by mail and electronic filing
- Track documents from start to finish
- Work with lenders to obtain lien release related documents
What You'll Bring
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1-3 years experience in a production environment
- Computer proficiency
- Good interpersonal, written and verbal skills
- Resourceful and detail oriented
- Good customer service skills
- Ability to multi task in a deadline oriented environment
Salary Range: $17.25 - $22.98 Hourly
This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.
