KBR is looking for Receptionist for a client to be based on Qatar site.
First point of contact for club members, independently operate the reception desk and to manage the entry and access to members as per the club rules and regulations. A club receptionist's duties primarily revolve around creating a welcoming environment for members, managing front desk operations, and providing excellent customer service. This includes greeting club members, answering phones, assisting with inquiries, managing membership records, bookings.
Experience & Education required:
- Shall be graduate/ secondary school certificate and possess fluency in English.
- Shall have three (3) years of experience as receptionist in international hotel, recreational club, or hospitality industry.
- Through knowledge in computer applications. (Windows, Excel, Power Point)
- Course certificate in basic first aid and CPR
Responsibilities and Tasks
- Provide quality and high standard front desk service to club members, answer telephone calls politely, to control all entries to the club and ensure only eligible members are allowed and as per the club rules and regulations
- Enforces the club rules/ regulations and ensures compliance by all club members.
- Manage all club and sport facility booking such as QAFCO meetings, events, members party bookings and coordinate with each function area for smooth flow of activity .
- Maintains lost and found register and hands over to the QAFCO representative for safe keeping.
- Maintains the lounge, club inventory, reports damage
- Inform QAFCO club representative for maintenance related work order and follow up.
- Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure the club premises is always clean and tidy
- Ensure the decorum is maintained at a high standard and unsafe behavioral issues with children are followed up effectively with Pastoral care and if necessary, report to the parent.
- Performs any other task as and when instructed by the QAFCO representative.
Skills Required
- Graduate or secondary school certificate and fluency in English
