Working Days: 5 days per week as per the duty roster, if required to work on the 6th day, it will be compensated as overtime (OT)
Working Hours: Must be able to work on a rotational basis: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM or 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM (Monday–Wednesday), and 9:30 AM – 7:30 PM (Thursday–Sunday)
Job responsibilities:
- Sign handover documents at the start and end of each shift, and report reporting time/presence to the Admin Work Group
- Ensure cleanliness and proper arrangement of the front desk area at the start of each shift
- Conduct a daily female washroom inspection to verify cleanliness and adequate supplies, and sign the corresponding checklist
- Monitor office entry, maintain a record of all visitors, and ensure only authorised personnel are permitted entry
- Verify the availability and functionality of front desk equipment (laptop, mouse, scanner, register/logbook, telephone, pen, cooler, remote, keys, and first aid box) and log entries in the register; report any missing items to the line manager
- Check employee ID cards during shift-in to ensure proper identification and compliance
- Promptly notify the relevant department or concerned person upon any guest arrival
- Confirm daily attendance and presence of security guards and cleaning staff
- Escalate any operational issues or difficulties to the line manager and refrain from making independent decisions without managerial approval
- Ensure entry/exit security in the absence of the assigned security guard
- Suspend asset movement in the receptionist's absence, in accordance with policy
- Receive parcels, bills, and official documents, and hand them over to the relevant department with a signed register entry
- Record details of incoming office supplies and other products in the supplies register
- Scan assets using a barcode scanner during all asset movement procedures
Required qualification & background:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline
Required experience:
1-2 years of experience in the relevant field (Preferred)
Specific skills/technical expertise requirement:
Ability to work under pressure

Skills Required
