As a receptionist (internally known as a building services officer) you will be the first point of contact for any visitors and staff related requests.

This will be a full time, permanent position based in the Sydney Office. Please note due to the nature of this role you are required to be on site 5 days per week.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Present the first impression of the company by greeting visitors and directing them to the correct team member and/or department.
- Manage front of house area of a busy head office including meeting room presentation.
- Creating and maintaining strong relationships with all stakeholders, internal clients, and the senior management team by displaying our values and behaviours.
- Supporting the national switchboard team during periods of high call volume
ABOUT YOU
- Previous experience working on the front desk of a corporate office, front desk of a hotel or in a high-volume customer facing role.
- Eye for detail to keep the front of house tidy and running smoothly.
- The ability to take initiative, be innovative, and solve problems, with attention for accuracy, spelling and grammar and an excellent eye for detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft office suite including MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, PowerPoint.
