Job Description- Handling all administrative duties required by HR & Admin Manager.
- Assisting all departments for sending and receiving courier either documents or parcells.
- Greeting of guests and visitors in a friendly manner
- Taking all internal and external calls and transferring to appropriate person
- Record-keeping of log-books.
- Deal with all enquiries in a professional and courteous manner, in person, on the telephone or via e-mail
- Assist in keeping the reception and office area clean and tidy, at all times
- Be responsible for evacuation, in cases of emergency, acting as first point of contact for guests and the emergency services
- Preparation, edition, reception, dispatch, filing and archiving of any type of correspondences (mail, fax, etc.)
- Assistance in other daily administrative tasks such as providing secretarial assistance and assisting other officers/staff in obtaining delivery of certificates.
- Always adhere to all company policies and procedures
- Perform other tasks, duties or responsibilities to achieve operations efficiency, as maybe required by C&P Management.
- University Degree or International Schools Graduates.
- Very Good communication skills
- Fluent in English and any other language are an advantage

- 1-3 Years Experience.
