Performance engineer

The Performance Engineer/Coordinator is responsible for driving manufacturing excellence across all operations. This role involves coordinating and implementing strategies that enhance productivity, efficiency, and quality in manufacturing processes. The Performance Coordinator will lead initiatives beyond TPM+ to ensure continuous improvement and operational excellence. Position Location: Borg AlArab - Alexandria factory.

Manufacturing Excellence Initiatives:
Develop and implement comprehensive strategies for manufacturing excellence.
Coordinate cross-functional teams to drive improvement projects.
Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
TPM+ and Beyond:
Lead TPM+ activities and ensure alignment with broader manufacturing goals.
Facilitate workshops and training sessions to enhance team capabilities.
Implement best practices in lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and other methodologies.
Continuous Improvement:
Identify opportunities for process optimization and waste reduction.
Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and execute improvement plans.
Track progress and report on the impact of initiatives.
Quality Assurance:
Ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements.
Develop and maintain documentation for processes and improvements.
Conduct audits and assessments to ensure compliance and quality.

Engineering/master’s degree in industrial, Manufacturing, or related field.
Proven experience in manufacturing excellence and continuous improvement.
Strong knowledge of TPM, lean manufacturing, and Six Sigma.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication and leadership abilities.

Preferred Skills:
Lean manufacturing & 6 Sigma (Minimum Green belt)
Experience in project management and team coordination.
Familiarity with industry-specific software and tools (ERP, Power BI, Microsoft office, etc)
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
