Located in Bozeman, MT, Proper Insurance® is a Coverholder at Lloyd's of London and administers a niche insurance program designed specifically for short-term vacation rental properties listed on platforms such as Airbnb, Vrbo, HomeAway, Expedia, and Booking.com.

Founded in 2014, Proper Insurance® has grown from a team of 2 owners to over 40 employees in our Bozeman office — with accelerated growth continuing year after year.

The U.S. vacation rental market now exceeds 2,000,000 properties and continues expanding as the sharing economy grows. Proper Insurance® is licensed in all 50 states and proudly serves property owners nationwide — right from Bozeman.

Position Overview

Proper Insurance® is currently hiring a full-time, in-house Receptionist.

We are seeking a detail-oriented, organized professional who will help deliver a white-glove experience to our growing list of property owners across the United States. This position requires confidence on the phone, comfort in a fast-paced office environment, and the ability to multitask effectively.

This is not a remote position.

Applicants should not be afraid of the telephone and must be comfortable managing calls, assisting clients, and supporting internal team operations.

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent (Preferred)
