UTA seeks an enthusiastic Receptionist to join our team and be the first point of contact for clients, guests, and visitors within our vibrant entertainment environment in Los Angeles. Our receptionist will play a key role in providing outstanding customer service to guests, clients and employees. This individual will oversee front desk operations and assist with correspondence and light administrative tasks in a fast-paced and ever-changing industry.
This is a full-time position with benefits and will pay $22 per hour.
What You Will Do
Greet visitors as they arrive and alert appropriate parties of said arrival
Maintain safe and clean reception and common areas by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations
Maintain security by following procedures for external guests
Answer phones and direct callers to appropriate person
Update and manage daily visitor log
Provide key cards to all new hires when they arrive on their 1st day to the office
Assist guests for all in-house events when required
Report any workplace services related repairs/requests for the 1st floor to the Workplace Services team
Capable of sitting, standing, and lifting up to 25 lbs.
What You Will Need
1+ years’ experience working in a high-volume work environment
Previous experience in a reception, hostess or related role preferred
Possess professionalism and friendly, team player personality
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
Ability to effectively work individually or in a team environment
Competency in multi-tasking
Proficient in MS Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
Resourceful and well organized
