About the role:

o9 Solutions is looking for a hands-on, talented, motivated, and reliable Receptionist to join our team. In this role, you will be the “face” of o9 Solutions, responsible for providing visitors with an energetic and positive welcome while ensuring a smooth and professional front-office experience. You will collaborate cross-functionally across the organization and build strong relationships with a variety of internal and external stakeholders.

This is a part-time, shift-based position (30 hours per week) based out of our Dallas Headquarters. The schedule is Monday through Friday, with one of the following shifts:

  • 7:00 AM – 1:00 PM, or

  • 12:30 PM – 6:30 PM

Candidates must be available to work one of these consistent weekday shifts in-office.

What you’ll do for us: 

  • Greet visitors in a professional, energetic, positive, and courteous manner

  • Ensure desk/room reservation procedures are followed

  • Assist with ordering, receiving, and distribution of office supplies and pantry items

  • Assign and maintain employee building and parking access

  • Receive, sort, send mail as needed via various couriers

  • Coordinate office catering

  • Responsible for main line messages during business hours

  • Provide other related duties as assigned or required

  • Exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality

What you’ll bring: 

  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in an administrative, receptionist, or customer service/hospitality role

  • Education: High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred

  • Skills: Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Google Suite, Communication, Problem-Solving, Multi-Task

  • Characteristics: You thrive in a fast paced, challenging environment, where this is much white space and problem solving is at the heart of what drives your analysis

This position at o9 Solutions has an annual salary range of $20-$28. Additionally, you may be eligible to participate in our medical, retirement, and other company-sponsored benefits.**The above information reflects the expected base salary range, although the lower and upper bounds may vary based on location, skills, experience, certifications, licenses, or other relevant factors.
