What You’ll Do:

  • Handle client communication including in person, on the phone, and via email; aim to maintain a 100% response rate and cNPS of 70%+.
  • Manage the office front desk, greet and direct clients, and assist guests with their queries promptly and professionally.
  • Administrative tasks including organization of mail, deliveries, and other ad hoc projects including occasional errands.
  • Ensure client information is properly recorded in our software systems; create and send documents such as proposals and engagement letters.
  • Become highly proficient in client communication software.
  • Actively identify and share opportunities to improve administrative processes and moving projects through the system.
  • Assist with compilation of tax returns before filing.

Qualifications:

  • 1-3+ years of experience in a receptionist, administrative, or customer service role.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite; knowledge of accounting software is a plus.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
