We're excited to add a full-time Receptionist to our team! This role is crucial to the firm, where your work will be treasured as a key component to the proficiency of our daily operations. We seek a welcoming and professional individual who embodies a positive demeanor, excellent communication abilities, and a knack for thriving in a team-based environment. 

As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a vital role in shaping their initial impressions of our firm. This position offers a unique chance to showcase your interpersonal skills in a progressive, team-oriented atmosphere, while engaging with a diverse clientele. At GG Advisors, we are dedicated to nurturing your long-term professional and personal growth.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the front desk/lobby area of the office
  • Answer and route incoming phone calls
  • Schedule appointments for firm Partners
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring a welcoming and professional experience for clients and effective support for internal staff
  • Process outgoing and incoming mail
  • Order supplies
  • Scan documents
  • Assist with scheduling, managing online portal for clients, and clerical processing of tax return packets
  • Assist Office Manager as needed

 Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ years of related experience in an office environment
  • Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to handle confidential material in a reliable manner
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professional etiquette
  • Willing to work extended hours as needed during our busy tax season (January 1 - April 15) 


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience within a CPA or professional services environment
