Job Description:

The Receptionist will provide receptionist and concierge services for clients at their site's Conference Center. Work closely with the client's staff to assist with front office and concierge services by providing “White Glove” customer services for all visitors, client meetings and events at the client's Conference Center. Will accurately communicate with client staff and Epiq team members regarding commitments, deadlines and challenges.

Essential Job Responsibilities

  • Work independently on front desk, concierge assignments and events coordination tasks
  • Work to resolve work issues or complaints
  • Answer incoming telephone calls and forward to the appropriate person
  • Take accurate and complete messages for those who are unavailable
  • Promptly greet and announce visitors in a friendly and business-like manner
  • Maintain a neat and organized reception desk and front lobby area
  • Order and stock supplies as needed
  • Perform other administrative duties as requested
  • Other duties may include reception desk, concierge services, events coordination and hospitality services

Qualifications & Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum of 2 years work experience, preferably in conference services, hospitality, reception desk and front office services
  • The hours are Monday to Thursday, 10am to 6:30pm and on Fridays it will be a 9am or earlier start
  • Ability to lead others in a professional manner
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to resolve complaints
  • Ability to multitask with attention to detail
  • Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Ability to lift or move 40 lbs. or greater
  • Ability to walk, bend, kneel, stand or sit for an extended period of time

The Compensation range for this role is 19.26 - 24.08 USD per hour and may be eligible for an annual bonus. Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual's location, skills, experience and qualifications.
