We are currently looking for a Receptionist to join our Team.
Overview:
Answer main switchboard, greet visitors, and provide clerical support in accordance with the practices, policies and procedures of the Company.
Responsibilities:

Operate switchboard handling incoming calls and forward as appropriate

Greet visitors and inform employees of the visitors arrival.

Process letters, reports, and correspondence for management.

Process incoming and outgoing mail.
-
Prepare message slips when necessary.
-
May assist in sorting mail.
-
May assist in distributing faxes from advantage fax server via email.

Other responsibilities as assigned by Manager.
Qualifications:
• Pleasant telephone manner.
• Experience with Microsoft Office products.
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
Department Office Administration & Clerical
Required Experience: Less than 1 year of relevant experienceRequired Travel: Negligible
Required Education: High school or equivalent
