About the Role
Four Seasons Resort Costa Rica, an unrivaled five-star hotel in Central America by the Forbes Travel Guide, is seeking an exceptional Front Desk Receptionist. In this vital role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing a warm welcome and exceptional service to ensure a memorable stay experience.
What You Will Do
- Provide a friendly, courteous, and professional demeanor in all interactions with guests, patrons, and employees.
- Welcome and register hotel guests, manage requests, follow special handling instructions, and adhere to established credit policies.
- Assist in room assignments, check-in/check-out procedures, and handle guest inquiries or complaints efficiently.
- Coordinate closely with the Concierge team for the handling of guest luggage and fulfilling special requests.
- Manage daily operations including handling safety deposit box requests, processing transactions, and maintaining accurate records using our computer system.
What You Bring
- Proficiency in written, spoken, and reading English and Spanish.
- Previous hotel experience is preferred.
- Knowledge of Opera PMS is preferred.
