This role is an in-office position for candidates within a commutable distance of our Irvine location. This role is non-exempt and pays $20.00 an hour. This role is open to candidates who do not require visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide general administrative support to the team, including scheduling, handling phone calls, emails, correspondence, and greeting visitors.
  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference calls, and handle any necessary changes or adjustments.
  • Accurately input and maintain data into various systems or databases. This may include client information, financial records, or any other relevant data.
  • Submit reports and prepare proposals and presentations as needed
  • Order, organize, and stock office supplies and food deliveries.
  • Assist in the coordination and execution of special projects as assigned by the executive.
  • Assist in the preparation and organization of meetings, including scheduling, sending out invitations, arranging meeting rooms, and preparing necessary materials.
  • Help with the planning and execution of company events or conferences, including venue booking, logistics, and coordination.
  • Oversee office organization and tidiness, including maintaining office equipment, office supplies, handling incoming and outgoing mail
  • Provide support for other projects and perform duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Must be proficient in Google Suite, Office 365 or other relevant software tools. 
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to effectively multi-task with a willingness to perform a wide range of tasks.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks. 
  • Experience working in an office environment is strongly preferred.
