Responsibilities
· Give support in administrative tasks.
· Answer, monitor and channel incoming calls and emails.
· Receive, classify and deliver the correspondence.
· Provide attention to external visitors.
· Control access to facilities.
· Maintain control of office material and documents.
· Help in the organization of events and transportation/logistics
· Reserve rooms for meetings.
· Manage Actor’s contracts.
Requirements
- Team player, detail-oriented and ability to multi-task.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Exceptional communication skills across all levels (verbal, written).
