Job Summary:
Under the gene
ral direction of the Human Resources Manager, the Receptionist answers incoming calls, takes
messages, greets visitors and performs various Human Resources, Manufacturing Administrative, and
Finance Department functions as necessary.
Main Duties/Responsibilities:
• Demonstrates and instills the Company’s core values in all job activities.
• Ensures a safe working environment is maintained at all times and takes responsibility to report
and ensure resolution of any observed safety hazard.
• In collaboration with all support functions, strives to do things right the first time.
• Answers and directs incoming telephone calls; attempts to filter non-business calls for office
and shop personnel.
• Greets visitors, assigns visitor badges, assists visitors in completing safety orientation
document, and locates their contact person.
• Possesses knowledge of posted job openings to accept applications.
• Maintains awareness of staff activities; knows their availability to take calls or visitors on
any particular day.
• Performs various Human Resources, Manufacturing, IT, and Finance Department duties as
needed.
• Enters payroll labor data for the Tulsa, OK plant daily and other plants as needed.
• Maintains various Excel spreadsheets.
• Opens, date stamps and sorts Accounts Payable mail daily. Assists with other Accounts Payable
duties as needed.
Qualifications:
Any combination
of education and experience providing the required skill and knowledge is qualifying.
Typical qualifications would be equivalent to:
Education/ Experience
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with MS products required (i.e., Outlook, Excel, and Word).
• Experience with an ERP system preferred
• Accounting and inventory control experience in manufacturing a plus.
