Hayward Gardens Post-Acute is seeking a friendly, professional, and dependable Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as a welcoming first point of contact for residents, families, visitors, and staff while providing excellent customer service and administrative support.

Responsibilities- Greet residents, families, visitors, and staff in a professional and welcoming manner
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls
- Assist visitors with sign-in and facility procedures
- Respond to general questions and provide appropriate information
- Maintain a professional and organized reception area
- Assist with basic administrative and clerical tasks
- Receive and distribute mail and other deliveries
- Maintain accurate records and logs as needed
- Communicate messages to appropriate departments and staff
- Protect resident and facility confidentiality
- Provide excellent customer service to residents and families
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned
- Previous receptionist, front desk, or administrative experience preferred
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Professional, friendly, and approachable demeanor
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Basic computer and office skills
- Reliable and dependable
- Ability to work effectively with residents, families, visitors, and staff
- Previous healthcare or skilled nursing experience is a plus
- Competitive pay of $25.00/hour
